Handling Medical Malpractice Cases

Postby admin » Wed Feb 22, 2012 4:36 pm

If any of you have looked into filing a medical malpractice case as a result of your own or your childs disability, you know that it can be quite daunting. Not to mention that most lawyers will not even take medial malpractice cases due to the fact that there is now a cap on the amount of money that can be obtained through the lawsuit.
I recently started doing some marketing for a company that was introduced to me through a friend. I was skepticle of the service at first but after getting a chance to use it, I can tell you that it is an OUTSTANDING service to use. The lawyers that work for the company will handle any case. No case is too trivial. They offer unlimited legal consultation for your case along with representation time for a low monthly fee.
I encourage you to look into the program as soon as you get a chance as the benefits are endless.

Thank you for posting the information, but I must disagree. I am a physician and an attorney and concentrate in helping victims of medical malpractice that caused cerebral palsy. I handle cases from MANY states and the "Cap" on noneconomic damages does not dissaude me from pursuing these cases. Unfortunately the care many cerebral palsy children need is enormous and so even with a limit on recovery for "pain and suffering" the compensation available for economic damages are for the vast majority of times not limited.

Only about 5-10% of cerebral palsy cases can be attributed to negligence and it just takes a few minutes to determine if it makes it worthwhile to get the medical records to find out the answer. Of course the initial consultation is free at www.cerebralpalsylawdoctor.com

Patients have the right to expect a reasonable level of care when seeing a medical practitioner or entering a health care facility for treatment. When potentially deadly or life-changing injuries occur, they can alter the course of your future and result in substantial loss of income or quality of life. It is vital to consult an attorney as soon as possible if you or a loved one is suffering because of malpractice in Oklahoma City.
